Organic Red Radishes
We have beautiful locally grown, organic red radishes from Down 2 Earth Farm on the order page this week! Crunchy, zingy, and peppery, radishes have moved beyond their role as the least favorite vegetable on the relish tray-- there are so many different ways to serve them. The French custom of serving radishes with sweet butter and sea salt is one of the easiest and best! You can serve radishes raw in salads, but if you are looking for something a little more unusual, try roasting them.
