Local Bunched Carrots
We have beautiful, organic, local carrots from Eastern Carolina Organics on the order page this week!
Carrots are great raw, but they also work well in savory dinners and sweet desserts. For a
savory-sweet side dish, try Balsamic Roasted Carrots. Roast carrots for 30 minutes or until
golden and tender. Drizzle with Balsamic vinegar and roast for a few minutes more until most
of the vinegar has evaporated. Serve!
