Italian Frying Peppers


Corno di Toro peppers (translated to 'horn of the bull') are variety of sweet Italian frying peppers, that are super easy to prepare and absolutely delicious. The smaller size makes them more manageable for a variety of applications, or just toss them in the pan or on the grill whole for a delicious, blistered result. Drizzle them in olive oil and a sprinkle of coarse salt, and add them to salads, mixed into stir fry dishes, or simply enjoy them as a side on their own!
