This French chicken dish is rich and truly delicious. First coat the chicken in dijon mustard, brown thighs on both sides, then stir in white wine and onions for a rich creamy mustard sauce. A classic French take on very simple but quality ingredients. Serve with a side of rice and seasonal veggies.
