Available next week, we have Orchard Mix Apple Eighths (dried apples) from Malus Hill Orchards on the order page. A 4-oz. bag of Orchard Mix Apple Eighths contains six different varieties of apples: Smokehouse, Ginger Gold, Granny Smith Empire, York and Fuji. Each apple is hand-cut into eight pieces and trimmed before drying. After trimming, the apple pieces are partially dried. Because they are not fully dried, Malus Hill Apple Eighths are softer and sweeter tasting than typical dehydrated apples. They are great for snacking as well as cooking and baking (especially when mixed with fresh apples in a pie).
