Delicious, easy to make flatbreads using premade pizza dough from The Stick Boy Bread Company! The dough is enough for two flatbreads, each about 12-14 inches in diameter. Start off with a delicious fresh basil pesto sauce, topped with seasoned roma tomatoes, sliced onions, and plenty of creamy goat cheese. Bake them in a hot oven until they are nice and crispy, then top with a sprinkling of arugula from Down 2 Earth Farm! Beautiful dish that is easy and fun to make!
