Vibrant swiss chard is blanched in salted water, then drizzled with a lemon juice and olive oil dressing. Add raisins for a little sweetness and balance, and toasted almonds for a delicious crunch! This dish is healthy, delicious, easy to whip together, and stunning on the plate!
