Goldrush Apples
New on the list for this week, we have freshly picked Goldrush from Eagle Springs, NC! Unlike apples in the grocery store that were most likely picked months ago and stored, these apples are fresh off of the tree! Goldrush apples are a sweet apples that make for delicious fresh eating. They also go well in salads, or can be cooked into side dishes, or baked into desserts and pies!
