Darrin and April Morey are a local husband and wife baking team and owners of The Cookie People,LLC. Baking out of a licensed kitchen in Raleigh they make incredibly delicious old fashioned cookies from scratch the way grandma used to. These hand crafted cookies are made with the highest quality butter, sugar, vanilla extract and chocolate as well as local eggs and honey. Darrin and April consider cookie making their art and cookies are baked fresh, never frozen and contain no additives or preservatives. The scrumptious flavors will make it hard to choose a favorite and include chocolate chip, triple chocolate, oatmeal golden raisin, snickerdoodles, sugar, molasses crinkles, peanut butter, Mexican hot chocolate, and lemonade. These big, soft chewy cookies will take you back to simpler times when cookies did not come from store bought packages!

You can also find The Cookie People at the NC State Farmers Market (weekends), the Downtown Raleigh Farmers Market (Wednesdays from 10am-2pm), at local events, and in some downtown Raleigh cafes.
