Bulgogi is a popular Korean dish of marinated beef, sliced thin and cooked over high heat. Our version uses tender, grass-fed local strip steaks, marinated and cooked with fresh green onions bulbs. The Beef Bulgogi is served alongside a delicious Sesame Cucumber and Green Onion Salad, and a side of rice. A delicious, easy to make meal, great for any night of the week!
