We have a special price on eggs this week! Despite the heat, these chickens have kept on laying, and there are plenty of local eggs coming our way these days! There are so many different ways to prepare eggs-- they aren't just for breakfast any more! In fact, dinner doesn't get much more simple than a simple fried egg cooked over crisp bread crumbs and draped over another seasonal favorite, steamed asparagus. Top with a drizzle of vinegar for a touch of acidity!
