We are very excited to have locally produced milk from Randy Lewis of Ran-Lew Dairy back on the menu for next week! Ran-Lew Dairy will be providing us non-homogenized, "Cream-Top" milk, which is a little different from what most of us are accustomed to at the grocery store. Since the milk is non-homogenized, the milk fat floats to the top when the milk sits. For that reason, you should shake the milk before each serving, to redistribute the "Cream-Top".
