Hi! My name is Michele Chavis and I am the chef/owner of Sunrise at Sophie’s. Sunrise at Sophie’s specializes in the creation of handmade breads and pastries. I found my niche for baking seven years ago as a culinary student at Wake Tech. I fell in love with the art and have since baked in some of the finest bakeries in Raleigh, Cary, and Chapel Hill.

Sunrise at Sophie’s does our best to utilize the expertise of local artists and farmers for everything from our logo to our eggs. You can find us at the Holly Springs Farmer’s Market every Saturday but if you miss us don’t worry! Sunrise at Sophie’s will deliver platters of your favorite items right to your doorstep any day of the week. One call is all it takes!
