BBQ Chicken Thighs with Grilled Ginger Soy Corn

Get out of the kitchen and enjoy some time outdoors on the grill! Chicken thighs are marinated in a sweet and savory marinade of brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Shuck the corn outside while you wait for the grill to heat up, then let the grill do that work! The grilled corn has a delicious, blackened nutty flavor from the grill, and the chicken is juicy and full of flavor. Roll the corn in a unique ginger, soy butter, and top all off with a sprinkling of chopped cilantro!
