Fresh spring asparagus from Smiths Nursery and cremini mushrooms from Carolina Mushroom Farm come together in this classic Italian pasta dish. The veggies are roasted, then combined with bacon crumbles, fresh parsley, pasta, and a silky carbonara sauce. Top it all off with some grated parmesan, lemon zest, and fresh ground pepper. This delicious dish is easy enough for a weeknight dinner, but elegant enough for weekend guests!
