Fresh fall flavors come through beautifully in this delicious pasta dish. Gremolata is an Italian herb condiment of minced parsley, lemon zest, and garlic. The gremolata is combined with earthy cremini mushrooms from Carolina Mushroom Farm and a bit of white wine for a light but satisfying pasta sauce. Top it all off with some fresh arugula from Down 2 Earth Farm for just a bit of a crunchy kick. A delicious side dish or lunch, or add chicken for a full meal!

1 cup parsley
1 Tbsp. lemon zest
1 tsp. lemon juice

6 oz farfalle or bowtie pasta
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. white wine
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
fresh ground pepper
