Available for next week, we have some beautiful pasture-raised, grass-fed, local beef steaks and roasts available from Firsthand Foods! We have classic New York Strips cuts on the list, as well as two lesser known cuts, Chuck Eye Steaks and Denver Cut Steaks. Chuck Eyes and Denver Cut Steaks are part of a growing trend in the meat industry to rediscover the art of butchery, and reveal hidden gems in the lesser valued parts of the steer. Chuck Eye and Denver Cut Steaks are both surprisingly tender and while they aren't as uniform in size and shape as ribeyes, they still yield a delicious, full flavored, tender steak, at half the price!
