We have another round of Honeycrisp apples coming in to us next week from Hendersonville, NC! Honeycrisp apples have become increasingly popular over the last decade. They are a sweet apple, with a firm texture, and just a bit of tangy tartness. They are great for raw eating, or make a great addition to salads, or even pies. Honeycrisp season is relatively short compared to other apple varieties, so enjoy them while they are around!
