Local, Organic Bok Choy


We have local, organic Bok Choy from Down2Earth Farm on the order page this week! Also known as white cabbage or Chinese cabbage, Bok Choy has white stalks like celery without the stringiness and its dark green, crinkly leaves are similar to romaine lettuce. Bok Choy is very versatile and can be used in soups, stir-fries, appetizers, and main dishes!
