This warm kale salad celebrates the earthy sweet harvest of local sweet potatoes and fresh kale. 1 shallot
1/4 cup toasted pecans
1/4 cup dried apricots
1 lb. bunch kale, local

You Provide:
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 generous tablespoon of your favorite mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
fresh ground pepper
