Fresh Caught Amberjack


Amberjack is a lean, white fish with firm texture and mild flavor. Often referred to as poor man's grouper, Amberjack can be grilled, pan fried, oven broiled, or blackened. Here's a simple recipe for preparing Amberjack:

-Season the fish with salt and pepper.

-Fry it in a small amount of regular olive oil.

-Wipe out the pan, melt some butter, add lemon juice and parsley, pour it on the fish… and that’s it

Amberjack is also a great choice for fish tacos!
