Butter Beans
This week we have shelled butter beans available from the Roberts Family Farm. Butter beans, also known as baby lima beans, have a luscious creamy texture and keep their pretty green color when cooked. Butter beans are typically shelled and cooked fresh during the summer and can be frozen for use the rest of the year.
