We are happy to have Brown Shrimp from our very own Pamlico Sound this week from Mitchell Seafood in Sneads Ferry, NC! Every summer, shrimp spawn and grown in our North Carolina sounds, before making their way out into the ocean. Shrimp fishermen come from up and down the east coast to enjoy the bountiful fishing in our NC sounds. They will grow as the season progresses and become available in larger sizes.

Thanks to some great connections on the coast, we are able to offer fresh NC shrimp at an extremely affordable price, just $8.50 per pound. This is less than you will find at any grocery store, and the shrimp is far fresher coming from our own coast!

*You will be asked to leave out a cooler and ice for all shrimp orders: We will ask that you leave out a cooler for shrimp orders this week. This helps us to keep our costs down by avoiding costly packaging materials, and pass those savings on to you. We will send out a reminder the day before delivery.
