Sprite Melons are a small creamy white melon with a mild, sweet flavor, resembling a cross between a honeydew and a cantaloupe. These are personal sized melons, so you don't need an army to eat one. Slice them in half and enjoy them for breakfast as you would a cantaloupe. Or, peel off the tender skin and chop them into cubes for a fruit salad. A beautiful highlight of the early summer season, and a precursor to the upcoming melon crop across our state!
