Koosa ma Laban


A delicious, refreshing hot weather dish, Koosa ma Laban is a zucchini and Greek yogurt based dip that you can serve as an appetizer or side dish. The zucchini and yogurt make a light but creamy base, that is then accented with lemon zest and fresh mint. Pour over a bit of olive oil and serve with olives and fresh veggies or pita bread. A great plate to share, or pour into ramekins for individual sides. A very easy dish to make, and a refreshing new presentation for fresh vegetables!
