Local Cauliflower


Last week's harvest fell a little shorter than expected, but we anticipate another round of cauliflower for next week. The heads have been large, fresh, and beatiful!

Do you think Cauliflower is plain, simple, and on its own, rather unimaginative? Try roasting it until the edges get all browned and caramelized. It is a totally different story! Roasted, cauliflower becomes nutty and buttery, but without any nuts or butter. Roasted, it is the perfect vehicle for garlic, olive oil, lemon and Parmesan cheese.
