Fresh, Local, Green Onions!

The real beginning of the harvest season is marked by green onions! We are happy to announce, that locally grown green onions will be available to us next week!

Roasting green onions is super easy, the preparation takes 3 minutes. What you get is a deeper, sweet oniony flavor, that is contrasted beautifully by a light char and delicate crunch.

Roasted Green Onions:
1 bunch green onions
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Salt & Pepper

Preheat oven to 450F. Lay green onions out on a greased baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast green onions until golden and lightly charred, about 15-20 mins. Remove from oven and serve as is, or drizzle lightly with a tangy dressing.
