San Guiseppe Salami pairs perfectly with a hard cheese and crackers for your holiday appetizers! Giacomo Santamauro, of San Guiseppe Salamis, grew up on Long Island in New York, but later moved to High Point, North Carolina to serve as a fireman! In 2009 he decided to draw on his Italian heritage and opened San Guiseppe Salami Company.
