With its crinkly, cream-colored, green-tipped leaves, Napa Cabbage can be used in any dish where you would use round-head cabbage! Unlike the strong-flavored, waxy leaves of round-head cabbage, Napa Cabbage is thin, crisp, and delicately mild. Napa Cabbage is popular in many Asian dishes including Kimchi, a popular Korean dish of fermented vegetables. If you are feeling adventuresome, you might want to try making some kimchi at home!
