Homemade Crackers with Preserves/Cheese Spread

Crackers are surprisingly easy to make at home with just a few basic ingredients. They can be sweet or savory, just by tweaking the ingredients a little. Spice Mix Includes:
Recipe Card & Instructions
Dezern Preserves or Hillsborough Cheese (you pick the variety)
1.5 tsp. sesame seeds
1.5 tsp. poppy seeds
1 tsp. fennel seeds

You provide:
1.5 cups all-purpose flower
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup water
additional salt or sugar (depending on whether you want sweet or savory crackers)
