Shepherds Pie


This classic British dish is the perfect meal for Fall! Local, pasture-raised ground beef from Firsthand Foods, cooked with onions, carrots, and fresh herbs. The flavors come together for a balanced, delicious filling that's not too heavy. Topped with mashed potatoes and roasted in the oven for a golden crisp!
