Serves 3

Brussels sprouts are sautéed until they are mellow and browned, coaxing out their sweetness. Sweet apple pieces are tossed in during the last few minutes of cooking. Top with toasted pecans, serve it alongside pork or chicken for a perfect cool weather side!
