Arugula, Apple, & Walnut Salad


Arugula is a delicious fall green that is packed with zesty flavor, yet still delicate enough to eat raw. It makes an awesome addition to sandwiches, a fresh topping on pizzas, with pasta or grains, or obviously in salads! This delicious salad combines sharp arugula with other fall ingredients like apples and walnuts, for an awesome salad that you can put together in minutes.

*Take this salad even further and turn into an elegant weekend brunch. Toast crostinis or an english muffin, add salad on top of the toasted bread, and top it all off with a poached or fried egg! (*We recommend omitting the cheese on this option)
