Local, Organic Green Beans
We have fresh local Green Beans back on the order page from Eastern Carolina Organics for next week! If you are tired of
serving plain, steamed green beans with dinner, try tossing them with a warm dressing of softened
shallots, cider vinegar, and crisp bacon (see recipe below). They are also great in salads and with pastas!
