We have delicious beef from Wilkerson Farms on the order page this week! Located in Willow Springs, NC (southern Wake County) Wilkerson Farms is our source of beef that is pasture-raised with free access to grass, hay and fresh water. Prior to processing, grain is given as a finishing ration. The addition of grain provides excellent taste, texture and marbling. Wilkerson Farms Beef is all natural-- no antibiotics, added growth hormones, steroids or implants! Although it is a more time-comsuming process Wilkerson Beef is dry aged (14 days) for superior flavor and tenderness!
