This dish has a deep rich flavor from the roasting of the roots, that combines romantically with the acidity of the grapes and buttery nuttiness of the pecans. If you say you don't like brussels sprouts or radishes, you have never tried them this way!

You Provide:
Olive Oil (1.5 Tbsp)
Dried Thyme (1/4 tsp)
Black Pepper (1/8 tsp)
Sea Salt or Kosher Salt (1/4 tsp)
Balsamic Vinegar (1.5 tsp)
