A classic Thai street food meal, known as Pad Krapow Gai, boneless skinless chicken thighs are cut into small pieces and combined in a tangy stir fry sauce. Add some chili peppers for color and heat, and fresh basil and local watercress for freshness. Serve with rice, and top it all of with a fried egg!
