Shishito Peppers


Shishito peppers are a popular new pepper on the foodie scene! They are mild, mini green peppers that take perfectly to the frying pan or grill for a super easy, but delicious summer side or appetizer!

Preparing shishitos couldn't be easier. Just fire them up whole in a bit of olive oil. Cook over medium heat until they start to blister in places, but don't char them. Remove from heat and sprinkle with a coarse salt. Eat them whole biting off just below the stem!
