We have beautiful, colorful, mini bell peppers back on the order page for next week from Red Hawk Farm! They mild, sweet taste, similar to the full sized counterparts! Flatter and smaller in size—about 2 & 1/2 inches across— mini peppers are worth the effort to stuff and roast. They make great appetizers!
