This unique sausage is delicious served by itself or added to vegetable stews and tangines. It is linked in an all-sheep casing. Firsthand Foods’ sheep farmers raise their animals humanely outdoors without growth-promoting antibiotics or added hormones and are Animal Welfare Approved.
