Poblano Peppers


We have beautiful poblano peppers on the order page this week. This mild to medium hot variety of chili pepper is used in Mexican and Southwestern cooking. Dark green or red in color, poblano peppers are best known for their use in the classic chile rellenos dish-- roasted poblano chiles stuffed with cheese, battered, and fried until crispy!
