Shuck the corn outside while you wait for the grill to heat up, then let the grill do that work! The grilled corn has a delicious, blackened nutty flavor from the grill, and the chicken is juicy and full of flavor. Roll the corn in a unique ginger, soy butter, and top all off with a sprinkling of chopped cilantro!
