Delight Soy Patties are an imported product. Delight Foods is working with local farmers to develop meat substitutes using local soy beans in future products, but have not yet been able to fully secure supply. They are 100% vegetarian and vegan.

Our soy nuggets can be used as a meat-free substitute in any chicken recipe. They can be pan fried, grilled or baked then served with the sauce of your choice. They are perfect to cut into strips for a delicious stir fry with vegetables. You can slice them for salads and wraps or chop them for chicken salad, barbeque and even crab cakes.
Ingredients: Non GMO Soybean Protein, Soy fiber, Condensed Wheat Protein, Soybean Oil, Sea Salt and Vegetarian Seasonings (Soy Amino Acids, Dry Mushroom Powder, Vegetable Extract and Sea Salt)

About Delight Foods:
Delight Foods is the leading vegetarian soy-food-products producer and distributor in North Carolina. Our founder, Lila Y. Chung, has much experience successfully blending Eastern and Western flavors in savory dishes.

Mrs. Chung was raised in a restaurant family, holds a degree in foods and nutrition, has cooked up her specialties on both coasts of the United States, and taught classes on using soy as a meat substitute for years.

From 1998 to 2003, Mrs. Chung obtained three grants from the USDA to study growing fresh soybeans in North Carolina. Her goal is to produce fresh green soybeans (edamame) for American consumers and to help American’s farmers seek alternative crops.

Our vegetarian Soy Patties can be used as a meat substitute for any chicken or pork recipes. For example, they are great for “chicken” sandwiches and “chicken” parmesan. They can also be easily sliced for salads and wraps or chopped for chicken salad or barbeque.
